Cooperative Endeavor Agreement
The agreement is between the Bridge Center for Hope and East Baton Rouge Parish Government. Under the agreement, the parish provides the receipts from an annual tax – about $6.1 million – to the Bridge Center for operating the crisis receiving center, which opened in fall 2020.
BCH Board Bylaws
The Bridge Center board is diverse and has skill sets that align with the mission of the organization. Behavioral health professionals, health care leaders, patient and consumer advocates and justice system leaders provide a balance to the board. A nominating committee recommends board members to the full board. Board members serve a two-year or three-year term.
